Hi! I'm Hannah, an Interior Designer currently living in Iowa. I'm originally from Clinton Township, Michigan, and graduated from Adrian College with my B.S. in Interior Design.

​My experience in the design industry began with an internship on the Design Studio team at HNI Corporation. I worked alongside two other interns in Muscatine, Iowa, as we familiarized ourselves with commercial design for the summer. I was selected to continue my internship remotely through December as I finished my last semester of college. My work focused on space planning with an emphasis on human-centered design. I gained invaluable experience working with multiple teams and dealers on projects of varying budgets and timelines.

After graduation, I packed up and moved to Muscatine permanently, where I began my career working full-time with HNI as a Design Development Specialist. Throughout the year, I cycled through roles with the Design Studio, Design Integration, and Architectural Product teams, working with our HON, Allsteel, and Gunlocke brands.

​

In early 2024, I was placed in a permanent role with the Design Studio as a Designer 1 focusing on the HON brand. In 2026, I was promoted to Designer 2. I have been focusing on medium sized education projects, while still assisting with other verticals, such as the hospitality, government, and corporate sectors.

I earned my LEED Green Associate credential in December 2024. In addition to my LEED credential, I am also interested in becoming NCIDQ certified within the next couple of years.

​

Outside of work, I love all things artistic, like photography, painting, and collecting antique items to display in my home. I am a huge architecture nerd and love traveling to different places to learn about different cultures and traditions!
